The
role of Concierge is possibly the most sensitive of
all security related duties and varies depending on
locale. Not only is the Concierge the first contact
with the public, but they are often the liaison between
Property Management and the residents of the property.
Clearly, this is a multifaceted role requiring the
Concierge to be versatile and approachable.
Some companies operate with Concierge as an area separate
from security services. At Accord
our Concierge must be licensed as Security Professionals
to insure that in the event of a crisis the Client’s
security needs are met with the appropriate response.
Accord can help enhance the customer
service by providing consulting and training for Clients
who prefer their own ‘in-house’ Concierge
staff.
